I still don't understand the island that unlocks after the elite 4. (I have platinum)

I don't get the island either sweatdrop

I have Diamond and now Soul Silver. Soul Silver seems like it'll be easy to beat, since now all I've got left is the elite four the second time round and the battle with Red...I'm totally stuck on Diamond though.

I haven't gotten to that other city cause i can't seem to do those underground missions.

or well that mission where you gotta do wifi and play some flag game.

idk why they made that mandatory, and idk my wifi for the game aint working but my wifi is fine elsewhere.
