And it was annoying.
you start off as this monkey and you have to guide the monkey through a mario like level with platforms and hide him in a tree (keep in mind that the hiding spot was indistinguishable from the background)
then when your done with that the game starts you off as tarzan in a random spot in the level. so now your running around through a level of the same generic tree sprites trying to find the one platform that has the monkey. and if that wasn't hard enough, you only have 30 seconds to find him.
so after 4 and a half hours of basicly trying to win the lottery I caught the dumb ape. then how does the game reward me? By tarzan and the monkey doing a stupid humping-like dance then the same thing only on a boat with a bigger level and barrel sprites.
and as if that wasn't rediculously hard enough everytime you fail you get sent back to the first level!
so now your in an endless cycle of ******** no matter what you do.
so me, not wanting to waste anymore of my life, decided it was time to break out the dusty gameshark I haven't touched since I was 12.
so an hour of code searching later I get the dinosuar to work. turns out that after you beat level 6 Tarzan and the monkey are stuck on a YOU WIN screen doing that stupid humping dance they do. and thats it, nothing else. It doesn't bring you back to the title screen. it doesn't give you a password. it just sits there humping and humping and humping the air until you restart your game.
I WOULD HAVE RATHERED THE GAME DESIGNERS JUST INSERTED A PICTURE OF A MIDDLE FINGER AND LET ME WATCH THAT FOR 4 HOURS!
At least then I would have gotten a laugh out of it.
