I'm not sure what you mean when you use colors to identify magic. In my religion, colors have meaning, lots of different meanings- depending on who is invoked and what is being done.
If there is a "best" of them- it's what works.

You'll have to define 'black' and 'white' for us, as Riri said. It's not very clear what these terms mean, in general, since some practices assign very specific meanings to colour, and others believe magic is colourless and ruled by intent.
"Best" is subjective, at best. What's best for one thing, is may not apply to a different situation.
'Best' in my mind isn't a type of magic. It's knowing the foundational skills of magic, the building blocks of energy work, will, focus, intent, and release. No kind of magic functions well without a person knowing those.
