Sora nods and cautiously opens her hand. She concentrates on the sphere and it starts to take shape as she tries to copy what he had done. For a moment, it looks as though she has it down, but then the sphere disperses. She holds back a cry of frustration and just sighs instead. "This is rather hard." She states in a quiet voice, looking at her hand where the sphere had been. She can still feel the chilling cold from it.

Controlling shadows had been the one element that took the longest to learn. Even when he'd finally learned to control it, it still took concentration and focus to get it right. Now it wasn't even a second thought to him. ==== ☠ ====

Sora looks at the cube and then at Jack. There is uncertainty in her eyes as she gazes at the cube again. If he can do that without effort...Then I could to..I just need to keep practicing until I get as good as him... She extends her hand, but instead of taking the cube, she merely places her palm on it and looks at him. "I want to be able to do it on my own, it wont do me any good if I don't learn enough on my own."

She couldn't even hold onto the shadow ball I gave her, how does she think she'll be able to make her own? She smiles. "Thanks." She then closes her eyes, concentrating on her hand, and a swirl of shadow slowly starts to form in front of her. It swirls in a spiral, slowly beginning to take the shape of a sphere, before it wavers and disperses again. Sora shakes her head and tries again. (eh..ok..)

After a while she stops, having finally formed a sphere. She opens her eyes, visibly tired. "I finally got it.."

She just barely manages to keep the sphere in place, quite exhausted from using her power so much in succession. She gives him a weak smile. "I know I can do this.."

Rather than protest or argue, Sora merely nods and lets the sphere dissipate. She knows she could never be as strong as him. Demons have always been the stronger race. "I guess I should just rest for a while." She says, scratching her head.

Sora smiles. "That's true. You can't get to where you want to be without practicing first." She steps forward and hugs him, happy just to be there with him. "And thank you so much for teaching me." She adds in a quieter tone.
