Personality: Draven is a big flirt. He is charming, he could charm his way out of anything. He prefers to be clean, and wear expensive things. Everything about his appearance, his language, his very personality, has been calculated, weighted and measured. This for the sole purpose of getting whatever he wants, whether that be a free room, or luring a woman into his bed.
He is not one for relationships, especially if the prize is too easily won. If he ever met his match, someone who would keep him guessing, someone who would keep his interest, his brothers think it is possible that he would settle down. Cyoro keeps to her own counsel, the only interests that I can tell she has would be that of art. Nothing lights up Cyoro's eyes more than spotting something beautiful and settling down to sketch, then paint it. She does seem to have a special place in her heart for myself, her adopted companion (Fislar), as well as the rest of my adopted family. She is especially close to my daughters, Shina and Vinyn, as she was their trusted nanny while I could not be at home. Cyoro has met someone, a male elf by the name of Braeden. She has since moved in with him into a cottage by my friend Neith's home, so Braeden can continue to teach Neith's daughter, Kia. Cyoro still comes over to visit regularly, staying in a house within one of the nearby villages when she does, so I'm not complaining.
A wonderful artist, Cyoro loves to draw as well as paint. She fills her time with both these activites as much as she can. She is Shina's tutor in the ways of the creative arts, and she excels at it. I imagine her skills will be passed down the bloodline of her new family.
Fislar (Elven for 'Shining Light')

Fislar never seems to leave Cyoro's side, he's ever with her even when she enters trance. He seems perfectly content as long as he is with Cyoro. Fislar has no problem staying still and simply being petted, in fact he seems to live for it. More often than not he will remain stationary by Cyoro's side watching her paint.
Fislar has a bit of creative talent like that of his mistress, or at least Cyoro has managed to make him think so. Cyoro has many a painting hung up in her room that 'her Fislar' did using his tail as his paintbrush.

 Throwyn (Elven for 'Sage of Music')

Throwyn was named for his mother's love of the arts, which includes music. Of course she had never assumed that he would fall in love with music as he has. Perhaps that is why he took up such an interest in the path of the katana. To him, the weaving katas that the sword users went through daily was a dance that had its own inner music, an attuning of sword and spirit that he found himself longing for. During his brief childhood, for he and his twin sister, Sehelis, grew at a rapid pace over just three weeks, Throwyn witnessed such 'dances' when Cyoro and I took the twins to a Gaian Culture Festival. The next day he selected a sturdy branch after a long search, took off its already peeling bark, smoothed it down with sand paper and declared it his katana. He dug up whatever he could find on the subject on his mother's computer, comparing information and writing it down in many a notebook. Sehelis was at first interested in what her twin was up to, but in time it was obvious she was only helping his search to be with her brother. She did serve as a training partner once Throwyn felt he had collected enough relevant facts, the two going through katas and sword practice with him serving as the instructor most of the time. Thank Eilistraee that Cyoro contacted me when she thought this had gone on long enough, as for a short time there was a chance that his dedication would have been squashed by his mother's concerns. I went and found the original man who had inspired Throwyn at the festival and managed to convince him to return with me and become Throwyn's mentor, or as Throwyn insists on calling him, his 'sensei'. Throwyn has since grown older, but he is still in training. He related to me recently that his sensei feels he has true potential, part of the reason Throwyn chose to go off on his own to seek out an evil monster to slay and prove his manhood. As he is still alive I can only assume that he did well, but he refuses to talk about it. What happened to make him so silent about a victory?
What Eirnae Doesn't Know: Throwyn has a darker side, one that enjoys the feel of the kill. The sight, smell, even the taste of blood appeals to this part of him. Throwyn is appalled at this and hides it well, but it shows in his eyes now and then.
Throwyn has a deep appreciation of music and dance, making him one of the few males I can truly say knows how to dance and do it well. He understands the importance of rhythm, and how it drives the body to new heights if performed correctly. He likes a variety of music, from what I can tell he tries to find the good in any piece that he hears. He does lean towards songs that cradle within them a primal beat, that ancient sound bringing out a wilder style of dance from him. For all of his good looks, Throwyn doesn't really know how to handle the opposite sex now that he is older. I wouldn't call him shy, as he is more than happy to interact with them, however when it comes to anything regarding romance he avoids it.
Throwyn has been training since childhood to become a master of the katana, but for him it is more than that. His katana, Blood Ghost, and him are one when they move. You can tell by the expression on his face. He is focused without becoming stiff, his motions flow like the crimson fluid his sword is named after, the blade an extension of himself. To see Throwyn perform his katas, in the graceful style his master is teaching him, makes my heart swell with pride to be his aunt.
