yesh i was wondering if this was going to come up
Illegal immigrants.. who in the us hasnt heard abt it?? well i think we could inhance the border but we cant kick those in the country already... the economy would pratically collapse... the immigrants take those jobs that usual americans do not want.. they take the jobs that are the lowest and dirtiest.. the economy would not be able to run without their contribution to the economy... this society would not be able to function. i think they can not be forced out at this time

There was no impact at all.
While indeed they work for cheap pay but it controdicts our minnimun wage laws..
The usa has many unemployed people, they could simply take the ilegal immigrant's job. The unemployed should just get less lazy and do the job.
Work is better than no work.
Recall they don't pay annual income taxes.. Since they are ilegal.

Niph is confused as to which side snowboard is on.
The first thing that needs to be pointed out is that there is a difference between an immigrant, an illegal immigrant and an asylum seeker. An immigrant is someone who moves to another country to live (because of better wages, living quality, etc). An illegal immigrant is someone who does the same but without the proper papers and documents and whatnot. An asylum seeker is one who moves to another country because they are in danger if they remain in their own country.
In the case of Mexicans going to California (and correct me if I'm wrong), most of them are illegal immigrants. Snowboard, they're not in danger if they stay in Mexico, they just move over because Walmart pays them more than wherever they were working before. That's why it's ok to deport them.. they won't be prosecuted for no reason if they go back to Mexico.
I don't have a personal stance on this issue, just saying that you shouldn't confuse the different kinds. ninja

and many illegal immigrants are not from Mexico the majority aren't many are from central america. AND its not true they should not be deported for many reasons.
1. they are tryign to have a better life what is wrong with them wanting a better life?
2. Everyone is at one time an immigrant. They founding people of the US were immigrants
3. Many of them try to get citizenship but they are not able to because the system is very difficult and to them the only choice of survival and a better life for their children is to come to America.
yesh ... i cant discuss this right now.. i dont have enough time.. but thats the side i am on

Hey, I'm not on either side right now. I'm an immigrant myself, we in this guild pretty much all are. But I'm a legal immigrant. There's nothing wrong, IMO, with wanting a better life, but you should try to do it legally instead of slipping over the boarder in the middle of the night in the back of a pick-up truck..
Yes, I realise I'm generalising horribly, but you get the point.

If they were really fleeing for their lives. Then one they should fill a report to the goverment and allow them to check out the case. How do you know if they are really running what if they're just lying to get their way? confused Without the goverment's approval they do not recieve any protection because they have no other rights besides crimminal rights.

2)If you haven't noticed 10% of Mexico's population is in the usa. Mexico shouldn't be giving us their problems.
Most of us immigranted legally to the usa. It's unfair to the rest of us and that's what the difference is. The usa was founded by legal immigrants not illegal.
3) Then maybe they should try to stay and improve there country first if they usa rejects them? confused Who else can make a difference besides them. People have to take action to get what they want. Handed down things are not always the best things in life.

Well let's go back to the naturalization process
There are three ways to become a citzen of a country.
1.) Be born in the country.
2) Have a parent a citizen of the country.
3) Immigrant there and become a citzen through citizen test.
So many people have two citizenships or more. So the children will have a choice.

ok i dont have that much time so i wan to bring up one point speeding is against the law but many do it anyway.. (yesh its not in context but its 1:33 am)
