What have you done to help the guild's development?
Well, Tom, i have helped alot. Inviting new members, pitching ideas, even approving customs and profiles when they weren't in my job description. Oh, and entertaining everyone cool
What are your plans for the future of the guild?
I don't think there needs to be any plans. The system, while not perfect, works well enough. Editing a few things here, changing a few things there, the guild will, more or less, stay the same. Now, this does not mean that i will not do anything. I will work on the stat system, as well as the jutsu learning system. I will come up with ways that will attract roleplayers, skilled and otherwise. I will work on things that need to be fixed, and others that don't. These are a few examples:
-The village NPC's. Why aren't they playing a more important role in the rpc's lives? Shouldn't we be able to fight against npc rivals? Train with teachers?
-Creating new missions. We should have better, more interactive missions.
-Increasing the strength of the underrated fighting styles, like puppeteers and genjutsu. Every custom these days have the ability to "negate genjutsu" or "weaken taijutsu". No more of that....
There are many more things, all of which i will work on in the future.
What do you think of the other candidates?

What experience do you have that qualifies you for this position?
Err.....none. I've been crew in two guilds (this one and L&L), but i also have worked in real life positions that required alot of me. Like.....the line leader......
Still, experience isn't necessary. I've been capable of handling myself in these positions, even though i'm still new to alot of it. So, while i may not be the most experienced, i am one of the best for this position.
What is your vision of an ideal guild?
A guild where people have to remember that they are not in the Naruto Life. a guild where members spend hours at a time, blowing off their friends and spouses for roleplaying. A guild where, after reading some of the posts, will be mistaken for a TV show Script. A guild where i can control you mindless idio- *cough* talk to everyone equally.
Do you contribute often in the crew subforum?
Yes. I often pitch ideas, participate in crew discussions, and do what i can. When this guild was first starting off, alot of problems needed fixing. Instead of sticking to one thing, i worked around all the problems. The fighting styles. Me. The marketplace idea. Me. The village learning bonuses. Moi, monsieur. I even took initiative and changed the chakra system. While this may be a large reason why the guild was frozen, was it a big problem in the roleplay? Didn't it situate the roleplay appropriately? Did it cause any problems? Yes, it was wrong, but the main point was that it worked. And, instead of waiting for a VC or Captain to work on it so that it could be"adequate", i fixed it in the beginning of the guild to open up the guild quicker.
What do you think of the Free Agency idea? Can you explain it to us? How will it effect me as a RPer?
Meh, its ok.
The Kage pick who's in the villages. Not that hard. I mean, while it may be a little juvenile, we all have had some members in the village who sucked a** at roleplaying, or who were really annoying. This allows the kage to choose who's in the village, how they want to represent their villages, and essentially, how strong their villages will be. If a kage chose all katon users to be in their village, wouldn't it be easy to wipe them out with a few suiton users? What if a kage needed a medic, but nobody in his village wanted to be one? Really, this gives the kage more control over his village.
Oh, and it'll effect you by the village you get picked by. Simple as that.
Can you tell us what you plan on doing if your elected?
Err......be guild captain. Isn't that the whole point?
Well, if i'm elected, i'm going to ban all the other candidates (not really sweatdrop ) i'll appoint those who i think are worthy as crew members, while those who don't do anything will get demoted. I will invite new members to join the guild, after all the problems are fixed of course, and keep a close eye on the guild. well......if i have enough time......
What are some of the ideas that you have had that are in effect now?
Fighting/Weapon Styles. Marketplace/Currency System. Village Learning Bonuses. Uchiha Nerf. Er....i think theres more, but maybe i'm forgetting some

Question Nerdbot: For your npc idea which I really love by the way, how would that be handled? would people volunteer to be say an npc in a different village to avoid rping with themselves? would it simply be done to the kages/other crew members in the village to rp them? I love this idea as I think it is bloody brilliant, but how would it be implemented?

Alright Nerd, after Hinote, you would be my pick simply because you have been a huge help for me in the guild.
~ How exactly will these Npc's work?
~ This is more directed to Uchiha's since well... I am one; How will you make sure Uchiha's don't abuse this to get almighty jutsu with out having to break a sweat?
~ Won't this simply abolish the self-teaching factor?
~ How will you increase the strength of puppeteers? ( Genjutsu users can burn in hell.... just kidding, My respect for Itachi is to much for this xD )
~ Don't you think this " Free agency idea is somewhat like racial profiling? ( Sorry... I had no better way of putting it...)

the NPC idea would work like this. crew members and people chosen by the crew will act out as an npc in another village. like, for instance, lets say bob was in the sand village and jon was in the leaf. bob would act out as a random npc, probably some bully, and fight jon because he was jealous. after the fight, jon's rpc will gain exp and bob's rpc will get a reward of some sort, probably money or a weapon. it'll work like this, with "villagers" from academies, other villages, the village council etc, interacting with the rpc's in one way. consider it like filler arcs. This way, people will have others to interact with. i mean seriously, do we really want to fight the same 3 ninjas over and over again?
i've tried to lower the skills of the uchiha greatly these past few weeks, but we are just super awesome. so, instead, there may be certain requirements for getting into the clan. you're welcome to send me any ideas.
well, self teaching is a factor i pushed for myself. but think about it. some jutsus are best taught by oneself and others by a teacher. if you have a couple of hours of free time and want to get stronger, then you can learn some jutsus yourself. but, if you are with a group and you all want to learn the same jutsu, then a teacher would be acceptable.
well, i'm still working on that. but, for starters, puppets can have more than "needles and poison". there should be adversity between them, which means jutsus. puppeteers shouldn't be limited to one puppet per finger. puppeteers should be able to modify oneself into a puppet. more are coming, but please, you're welcome to send me any ideas
no. that is not the point. this free agency will allow a kage to decide how his village is. who should be his teachers? what kind of roleplayers should it have? which nnija is good at what? if a kage wants a puppet master, he'll seek one. if a kage wants someone to be a water master because alot of the kage's jutsus are wind, they would be able to get the opportunity to. but yea, if enough people dislike it, it will be taken out.

Hmm interesting...so basically...the NPC system and currency/marketplace system that you said that you developed would work just like how they did in L&L when I made them...interesting. I mean really....I just looked at the Currency System you " made " and I couldn't help but notices the similarities from the Economics System I made last year in L&L. Also I'm sure that having crew members and other members play as NPCs is another idea I had in L&L. Actually I had given Hinote the job of NPC Moderator in which he had different species attack people at random. And if I remember correctly you were an NPC Mod as well... The Evidence! ninja Jack my ideas again and I'm going to nutcheck you.

I see... But then only the crew's rpc would gain the reward of the npc... shouldn't the person get to chose, or the crew might assign the person?
Uh.. who asked about the Uchiha xD But now that you said that... does that mean there will be a re-call on the Uchiha?
I see... so you basicly want to expand the arsenal of the puppetmaster, and also change the way he/she uses the puppet?

While Lucas, a horrible Rper that Pau has had the chance to Rp with him, and she simply did not like it. Just cause of that simple event, Lucas will not be able to enter the village of his dream. Actually the way the free agency was defined here isn't fully correct. All the power isn't in the kage's hands, you have power too. If you'd like to know more about the free agency you can look at my stick thread ^_^

Your explanations does bring up another great point, if say I have an npc in the leaf village and I rp this huge long drawn out battle do I get something in return for my characters? If I do what exactly would that be and how would that be determined and by whom would that be determined???
