voting will be through a poll in the main forum. voting will go from the 8th to the 14th.
there will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners.

Rules for Contests and Games
-TOS must be followed
-only one account can enter a contest unless stated
-i.e no mules can not enter
-contest must be honest. people who break the rules will be banned
-prizes will be sent form Captain-Aquarium through labeled trade.

CONTEST
on gaia we have the unique ability to create outrageous outfit.
the contest for the Halloween event is DREAM HALLOWEEN OUTFIT!
so make the Halloween costume you always wanted! the one you wore as a kid that was your favorite, the one you never were able to finish. or something that you can only dream with gaia items.
so head over to tektek to start your entry! only one entry per person. you can submit more than one avi outfit, just specify what avi you are entering for the contest.

Sounds fun, just a few questions:
1.) Who and how will the entries be judged?
2.) Will there be a first, second, and third prize, or just a "best of show"?
3.) (Porlly a dumb q, but must be asked) When must the entries be in, and when will the winner be chosen?
