His smile broadened, and the earthy wolf licked the side of Lavena's face lovingly.
"I am glad..." He murmured quietly, now resting his neck across hers in an unusually (for him) possessive gesture. "I do not think I would have found another whom I could ask that of. I love you, too."
He adjusted his body a little, so that it was curling around her more, and relaxed again. His heart was beating at a mile a minute, and the excitement- and happiness- of the last few minutes had tried him.
Akamu gave a contented sigh. Absently, he thought that he would have to widen the den he had made, for it to fit the two of them... but that was a task he'd gladly take.
