Uh he's famous for being very prejudice towards many races, so if it wasn't jews, it was cubans, people from the middle east, and many more.

The thing that I do respect him for is that when the company was first starting out, Walt often went without a paycheck to make sure that his employees were paid what their contracts stated that they were supposed have. I think maybe some of the big name corporations of today could take a lesson from that behavior.
