Kaia let out a soft laugh, nodding her head in agreement with him. "I'll stay, I'll stay. Of course." Reaching over to him, she laid her head down over his back gently, still cautious with his unusually weakened state. "I'm not going anywhere anytime soon, dear. Now get some rest, please? For me?~"

Koji nodded laying his head back down and holding onto Kaia. His eyes began to close as he started to fall to sleep. His breathing became more even and his body temperature spiked.

Watching over her mate as he rested, Kaia noted how he was slowly, slowly, slowly getting better than he had been earlier. That slight fever of his worried her a little, though. Slipping a paw away from him and quietly reaching out towards the little makeshift 'cup' that had been forgotten, she dipped her paw in lightly. Resting her slightly wet paw on his forehead and her own head over his back once more, she let out a sigh. Yes..
Yes, he'd be alright.
