Amber still held tight on the air pipe until it stopped moving, even tho it was good as dead, She took this seriously, which isn't really Amber's type, but she still did it, then when the buck stopped and only then, she let go. She smiled at Star. "Our first time and we did it!! We are good!" she laughed.

"It's because we had a plan and stuck by it, we make a good team. now go get Onyx, and we shall feast!" She smiled as she watched Amber's excited face, still covered in blood, which normally they would clean off, but right now they were both to riled up.

Amber ran as fast as she could, even then it took a good 20 minutes to get back to their home. "Onyx!!!" She yelled out. "Come out, we did it, we really did it!! We are going to feed very well today, big bellies for us all!" She laughed.

Onyx poked his head out. "you killed something big? Ohh, I'm so hungry too, was it hard? I bet it was, wasn't it? Ohh my tummy hurts, where is it if you did get it." He pouts. "Where is star, and the food?" He was still tired, but hunger took over him. "Your mouth is covered in blood" His belly grumbled again.

"We have to go to it, it's much too heavy to bring back, plus if we brought it back, we would be leaving a trail of blood, which would let wolves find us. A pack of wolves against just us? I don't even think Star could get outta that alive." She seen the pup pout. "The least you could do is come and feast instead of pouting, lets go, it a bit of a distance to get there."

"Ugh, I'm tired, fine, do we have to run?" He couldn't run that fast yet, he enjoyed it, but he was still very clumsy.

The two reached the carcass, they all dug in, and ate until their stomachs were bloated, then left it. As soon as they were away from it, the buzzards tore at the organs. This was a very good day.
