I've seen my brother play the actual game. He managed to get into the closed beta of the PC version and was one of the beta testers. The graphics are amazing, and it's definitely a game built specifically for gaming computers, and nothing less. Such high quality @__@

At any rate, I think open beta for the PC version is out now, for FFXIV, but I believe it's pretty much the same process as getting chosen for the closed beta.. You have to sign up and hope you get picked to test it. Something like that.
