Tsume is Optimistic. She never lets her failure drag her down and she will always try to find her way around it. Always. If anything goes wrong, the Meowth would make sure she turns the tables, to her advantage. With her slyness and quick thinking, she almost never fails to "land on her feet".
"As cunning as a fox? Cats can be cunning too."
She has tricks up her sleeves, plots building in her mind. Never let this Meowth get too close to you, or you might end up being her next victim. Cunning is her middle name, and she's very good at applying it too. Watch your back, you don't know when this girl is going to trick you.
"I'm afraid I can't tell you that."
She doesn't like getting too close to people. From her childhood, Tsume has learned never to trust people too freely. However, she herself uses other people's ignorance to her advantage. She is secretive and is very cautious around people.
"How could I forget my own victim?"
Tsume has a good memory. She remembers everyone she has stolen from but if she hasn't, then there is a possibility that she will forget you. The Meowth is careful not to steal twice from the same person. There are so many fishes in the world? Why settle for one?
This also makes sure that she doesn't get caught. But if she so happens to meet the same person again, then she'll try to play around with you before attempting to steal from you again.
"Piece of cake."
Everything is easy to her. Nothing's too though or too complicated for her to do. Mainly because she's a dare devil, so even if the task seems hard, she'll do it anyway and say it's 'a piece of cake'.

Tsume was born into a huge family. She had 5 sisters but no brothers. Each of them looked almost the same. Hair color, eyes, looks. Almost all of them were like twins. She longed to be unique so people could tell her apart from her sisters. Which they would often mistake.
Her parents hardly had enough to sustain a fixed home, always having to move from one location to another. And everyone knows that girls suck up more money than boys. Having to buy clothes and give in to certain demands. Tsume was the youngest of her family and was pampered very well by her siblings and parents. However, she never liked it. Being the youngest, nobody ever listened to her opinions or views. She wanted to be unique, stick out from her sisters. The girl grew distant from her family, and because no one ever told her right from wrong, she started to steal at the age of 5. Her targets grew bigger and bigger, until she even managed to get a hold of objects of high value in the black market.
Once she was convinced that she could fend for herself, at the age of 12, the girl coldly, left her family behind. They could never give her the things she wanted and they made her feel small. Tsume had big ambitions, a life to live. She bleached her hair and dyed it pink, despising the natural color that her genes had given her. Black.
Right now, she wonders around, still moving from place to place but as a skilled and experienced thief. She moved to a big city, far from where she was born and where her family was. Not knowing what happened to her family or how they were currently living. But it didn't bother her. She was living her own life now, what was in the past, would stay in the past.
