The sword itself is able to shift it's shape while retaining it's density in all areas. It's shape is in no limited by the mass of the sword itself.
2.
Telepathic limb control and reattachment. This causes him not to bleed from cuts, (in this state he, in fact, posses no blood,) it also allows him to seal wounds and reattach severed limbs, including his head. He can not, however, regenerate limbs or other body parts. So if that part is destroyed, it is gone.

The sword itself is able to shift it's Density and weight through out the blade in an instant. This causes the blade to go from extremely light to extremely heavy with in little to no time at all.
2.
Focused bodily reconstruction: It takes a good deal longer then the hollow ability of regeneration; however, due to the state he is in, during shikai and/or bankia, he does not require organs to live, so long as his brain is all in existence he can, with time, reconstruct his entire body. The act itself is actually pulling the atomic partials of what once was his body into order so it is again the body part in question. Depending on the amount that is being reconstructed depends on the amount of time it takes to do this. Often, it only takes a few moments; however, it can take up to 3 days for a full body reconstruction.
