Obviously, all the actors/actresses got work since their appearances in various versions/iterations of Trek.
What's your favorite?
Mine is probably Wil Wheaton in the Big Bang Theory's "Creepy Candy Coating Corollary." Sheldon Cooper has a grudge against Wil- he travelled by bus as a kid for hours to a convention-in ST uniform- only to have Wheaton pull a no-show. So, given a chance to compete against him in a collectible card game tournament (think Magic:the Gathering), he signs up immediately. ("Ok, Raj, your partner in the tournament is *reads* 'Die, Wil Wheaton, die.' ") All through the tournament, Sheldon's reciting quotes from Khan in the second movie, as he effortlessly works his way through the tournament, hoping to get a shot at taking down Wheaton.

Wil Wheaton is the king of clever.
He is AMAZING on The Guild, makes an extremely creepy killer on Criminal Minds, and is absolutely hilarious is The Guild and The Big Bang Theory.
I love how he plays assholes on TV, or on film in general, but is a great sport when it comes to meeting fans. I have never met him... yet. It's one of my life goals!

I know it's probably not his best, but I do love Levar Burton in Reading Rainbow. He just made about 15 percent of my childhood, which is pretty darn good. And I also liked Sir Patrick's guest spots in Sesame Street, he was so cute in it. razz

^.^
I liked Leonard Nimoy lending his voice to Toy Spock in Big Bang Theory, as well as Galvatron in the original Transformers movie. Or, how about William Shatner in Tekwar? Or "BLEEP My Dad Says"?
My only regret is that so many of those actors are dying at this time.

William Shatner was also in TJ Hooker, and Rescue 9/11. Walter Koening played one of the best bad guys ever when he played Alfred Bester on Babylon 5, and George Takei and William Shatner have had guest spots in such things as the Six Million Dollar Man.
Both George Takei and Walter Koening have also reprised their Star Trek roles in the fan-based online series, which is generally good...
