Already Ladies and Gentlemen,it's time we have a serious talk about Participation and staying active.As you know I am Ultraman,The Guild Vice Captain,several of you know me on my other accounts,and I have noticed something very...well I don't really have a word for it.Anyways,I have noticed that during this Entire Event,and any other Event.Most of you,the 46 members of this guild,Do no not Participate in Events.Maybe at least Ten to 15 of you do,and half of those villains are me,1 is Darkseid,another is Black Rose,other members who participated in this event was Fel,Superwoman,Owlman,Power Ring,Hank Henshaw,Brainiac,and Purple Pixie.Now this is a very big problem,in twoWays
1:The Heroes out number us by at least 3 to 1,and honestly we could use as much help as we can get in any sitaution with the heroes,because usually the battle is at least 2 to 3 villains against 5 to 8 heroes.
2:The people who help to create these events,hope that you participate,and it is a big let down when you don't.The recent event was called the Day Evil Won,and only a couple of Villains(AND THEIR OTHER ACCOUNTS)Participated in it.The people who work on these events work hard to make it fun.

Now I don't think asking for you to participate by fighting and helping us in a battle,which is at least one forum,is to much to ask.
So Please Guys,please Participate more in these things,and just in fighting the Heroes in General.If you haven't Noticed yet,certain guilds are dying,such as The Justice League Guild,Teen Titans Guild and even this guild.You want to know why?ITS BECAUSE OF NON-PARTICIPATION.If we aren't fighting the heroes,and causing trouble for them,or creating new ideas for events and role plays then the hero Guilds start to die from inactiveness,which in turn happens to us.So ALL I ASK is that you try to stay active and participate in Role plays and Events

((OOC: Those generally are the problems. If an event either: goes too fast for people with real life schedules to keep up properly, or lasts too long, people either grow frustrated or bored. There's also the problems of either characters being ignored for what ever reasons, or characters that get stuck unable to post anything for days on end because they are waiting for someone else to post, and then since the other person stopped showing up to participate their character is stuck in a stand still, which is maddening as hell. On a side note smile )

You haben simply zu call mich, und Ich will kommen zu you assistance, ja?" he crossed his arms with a smirk, since the only people who had any real hope of safety from his bouts of madness, where those who agreed willingly to be his patients. Anyone else was fair game.

((Ragady's developed into a pretentious b***h, all but refusing participation with some characters, maybe time alone will heal that. Stitches, on the other hand, is finally coming out of his shell and is eager to help who so ever needs it, harming and or helping both sides as an unbiased doctor for those who would otherwise not receive medical attention (his madness primarily focussed on anyone who shuns him or his work, on either side). A comment or PM IC will send him your way if you need anything, be it healing or perhaps some bodily alterations. Sorry, he doesn't work on machines. ))

I may join in the next one that happens, I just generally don't join in things or jump into anything unless I am invited to. Usually if you aren't people tend to ignore you or look past your comment and continue on with things. I notice it happens a bit to often with that to.
