Don't use Cyber Eltanin; the fusions do his job MUCH better, especially considering there aren't many good Light-Machines. Machina Gadget (the two best Machine archetypes to date) is probably the easiest way to build a good Chimeratech OTK.
Black Salvo/Dekoichi was a personal pick by me, but Black Rose Dragon being unlimited demands abuse and Black Salvo is one of the easiest ways to do it.
3 Cyber Dragon 3 Machina Fortress 3 Machina Gearframe 3 Machina Peacekeeper 2 Green Gadget 2 Red Gadget 2 Yellow Gadget 2 Black Salvo 3 Dekoichi, the Battlechanted Locomotive 1 Gorz, Emissary of Darkness
1 Monster Reborn 1 Dark Hole 2 Mystical Space Typhoon 1 Pot of Avarice 1 Overload Fusion 1 Future Fusion 1 Limiter Removal 1 Giant Trunade
2 Bottomless Trap Hole 1 Mirror Force 1 Torrential Tribute 2 Trap Stun 1 Solemn Judgment 1 Trap Dustshoot
