well i'd just like to point out look at naruto for example he is also a genin and knows the rasengan but if it is so i havent complete mastered it yet could even just call it an idea in my head

Drawbacks: Uses immense amount of chakra, and only can be used once in a fight, if using the sealing effect.
Can others use it?: Only taught by me.

Atlas Maush Dante Accepted I like how it is only used once For a Fight Now Can it Be Cancled At All ? Or Destroyed at all ? If used as swords, no. The sealing....not really, it depends on how long the person using it can sustain it, so like, it wears off after awhile. XD
