Its less likely for a partner to cheat on one another if they're married? Now a days???
People cheat who have been together for years. If they don't want to be together what makes a paper mean there going to not cheat. If you have to force a relationship to work then is it really worth it? Sure is a contract with God but now a days to me anything can happen. I guess I'm a bit of a pessimist.

This pickled vegetable...No, it is not less likely for two romantic partners to cheat on each other once they're married. Marriage has nothing to do with faithfulness. It is, however, less likely for other people to try and pursue a person once they are married. ... could kick your a** !!

A person's less likely to cheat if they place a lot of value on monogamy regardless of whether or not they're married.

Marriage cows mean nothing now-a-days. It really hurts me... My sister had cheated and both of my brother have! I am the only one of my siblings that has not cheated and I never will. Those vows mean so much to me. And when I do marry my fiance they will bind me more then I feel now... It is so sad.
I just notcied I said "marriage cows" XD But I'm not changing it because I laughed.

Speaking from experience most all of my friends are of the opinion that they would pursue a partner even if they were already in a relationship with someone else, even if they were engaged. However, as soon as that person got married, or as soon a my friends see a wedding band on their finger they'll back the ******** off and go away. ... could kick your a** !!

I'm also thinking of couples in which one or both partners is bi and occasionally will find a partner of the same gender to take care of any homosexual tendencies, if that makes sense. Most common scenario, I think, is where the wife is bi and occasionally sleeps with women outside of her marriage. Of course if she shares it's a different story but there you have it.
