Hello! I am wondering if there are any other foods that can make one feel very, very full and satisfied with a tasty (non-processed) alternative to a giant bowl of cinnamon toast crunch (hehe...)

carbs is to fuel excersize, longer lasting excersizes burn fat rather than sugar, muscle weighs 3x as much as fat, you need healthy fat to lose weight, cooked meats have toxins our body doesnt easily remove (perhaps why japanese live longer than americans, even with more stress, but a higher rate of stomach cancer cuz fish has mercury) But i believe fruits can replace carbs, our ancestors didnt eat s**t for grains or dairy anyways. They ate meat nuts beans vegetables fruit. then only recently humans are eating grains and dairy.
