Out of all the beginning jobs and most advanced....I'd have to say WHM. It varies from person to person, some find it boring because you're not really "in on the action" but it's fun being on the side-lines too.
Though I have to say Ninja is way more fun once you get it. I honestly find tanking and stuff fun lol.

Basic job wise, I'd have to say BLM is my favorite to party with. Once you figure out how elemental weaknesses and MBs work, it's not too hard to play.
I haven't had much experience with advanced jobs, but I think SMN is my favorite. I've always been a fan of the avatars/espers/summons/aeons, and being able to command them is fun. ^^

I love playing RDM. I get both my magic & melee in. I love it. I'm leveling WHM too, but not as good as my RDM.
