Rini: You're right. It isn't the same thing.
But unfortunately ALOT of people either don't know that, or are unwilling to accept even the slightest idea that (goes against their personal idea of right and wrong) some of it's ok. As for Not liking anime unless it's censored. Then all I can say is... congrats, you live where you trully belong. (I wish I could go live in japan - or at least visit... ALOT)

I'll agree with you on that. If it came down to a choice between those two, I'd pick 2, as well. But I can still dream of a perfect balance. 4laugh And "looking the other way" only gets you so far. We've been doing that for decades with advertisements, and now they're everywhere. You can't look at anything without seeing one. gonk

We have plenty of freedom in our homes. If you're feeling cramped, it's cuz you're sharing a house with 3 other people. Believe me, I know what that feels like. But the only solution is moving out.

Some of that "censorship" on cards is nothing more than language and cultural changes. Not what I'd call censorship. Most of them look fine, great even. It's not like there's a story to be compromised here. And Dark Magician Girl looks the same! eek A lot of the changes are just a matter of a few lines, less emphasis on the chest, or some added clothing. Nothing dire. If these were developed characters with a background history, I'd be more concerned about it. But they're just cards for a game.

Well, there's nothing you can do about other people.

Breast size has almost nothing to do with the age of a person or character. They're constantly exaggerating breast size on anime characters that are supposed to be very young. And real people come in all different shapes and sizes. In the case of DMG, I don't think it makes that big of a difference. You're supposed to be putting her on a game board, not ogling her. Anyway, I doubt the removal of the cleavage was intended to make her look younger, just less voluptuous. As I said, size does not equal age. Her face looks as young/old as it ever did. Why are you constantly equating breast size with age? Women are not trees. xp Am I to assume the older the man, the bigger the p***s? blaugh

I'm talking about the purpose of the cards, not what you want to use them for.

That is stupid, but like I said, you can't do anything about other people.
