I've never been very fond of character pairings in any series. It's not that I dislike them, they just have never caught my interest.
One of the few exceptions might be YuyukoｘYoumu. Those two really crack me up. Yuyuko is playful, carefree, kind, a little bit childish — she's the kind of person anybody would want to befriend in a heartbeat. I love how Youmu, who is serious, straightforward, and eager to please, has to cope with her master in everyday "life". Of course, the fact that Yuyuko is adorable is a huge bonus.

If i wanted romance...
I am thinking of either YuugixParsee or SuwakoxSanaexKanako.
i would of done one with Aya but i can't think of anyone besides Momiji

Aya has been popping up with Hatate, Reimu, and Sanae as well.
If I had to pair her with any, I would put her with Sanae. I think it's cute.

To be honest, I dislike all pairings in Touhou, I just don't think anyone matches together well.
But also, I don't like pairings in any things really. >n<;;

If I say Reimu/Shingyoku and Marisa/Alice...well, for me with Reimu's pairing is pretty fair because Shingyoku is from PC-98 and course is a male sweatdrop
