Make a sticky thread and make it for artists only to post. That way all the artists will be in one place and it will be easy access. Plus, if anyone else posts you can delete the posts other than the artists. And if an artist quits, you can delete their post.
I''m thinking that you should also make a sticky for artists requesting payment. They can post the art they've finished and get their payment there.
Is that a good idea?
I'm the leader of two other guilds, so I think of this stuff a lot.
I had originally requested everyone to leave samples in the king of the ring thread....but I did make a single thread for artwork and samples. I posted the link at the top of this thread.
