Oh it's quite simple...
HE IMPLODES.
...or spontaneously combusts...most likely the latter.
Either way he dies.
For you see by saying "My nose will now grow" He created a paradox.
Now as we all know, paradoxes are bad.
For see if his nose did grow head be telling the truth, thus his nose SHOULDN'T grow...but it did grow, which means he lied.
It's a continuous loop of growing and shrinking that would, by the sheer speed and force/friction cause his wooden body to heat and possibly make sparks if there are any screws near or in his nose.
It will continue to heat until he:
A- Tells a lie to set s**t back in order.
2- Tell the truth to set s**t back in order
or
Cat- He Lights up like a goddamn roman candle.
TL;DR?
He's gonna get ******** up

Well, I imagine nothing would happen. He said "my nose will grow," not "my nose will grow because of this statement." Thus, as long as his nose grows at some point in the future, he is telling the truth.
I imagine that whatever higher powers exist in his world can tell if he will ever again lie.

I still think that he would explode. Or his nose will get so confused, because of this crazy paradox, that it will constantly be growing and shrinking and will never cease. Or, if nothing happens in regards to his nose, something else would happen to a different part of his puppet body. Like, his fingers swell up or something strange like that. ... Or nothing will happen. But that's not very exciting...
