I have put up a few ideas, one of which I wish to activate right now.

There is this sight right here which I believe we can set up as the Lieutenant and down role play subforums

~ Soul Reapers Of The Seireitei High School (with rp)~

(I don't even think we use this anymore, so we will have to re-vote on getting rid of this)

and turn this into

~ Soul Reapers of the Seireitei - Lieutenants and down - Role plays ~

We will also have to make a special set of rules inside this role play area. Such as captains can only make special appearances, there can only be like a maximum of two to three role plays at a given time, no god modding of course in the role plays, and each role play made must be brought up in the lieutenant and down forums. But if a person wishes it to be a guild wise role play, then it will be placed in the SRots Elite role play instead of the lieutenant and down.

Well that is one, and I need others to put up what they think too.
