Since I accidentally put maplestory under "always deny connection" on my firewall,I may need a New Rpg to play.
i've seen a few how to videos and I want to know is it worth playing?

Really its some kind of fantasy world. I have it set up on my computer but I never got the chance to play. My friend have, though and they all say that its addicting and really fun. But its not meant for older computers, though since the script could crash it.

it's different from other mmorpg's , that's all i can say
it's your opinion to like it
Basicly you have a bunch of skills, cooking, music playing, ect...
i dont know much about it since it crashed my other computer and i havnt played it since, but now that it's been mentioned i might try getting it again.
It was definatly interesting ^^

also you can compose music, which i thought was pretty cool, it takes a while to figure out, and you wont play the song very good until you get your music skill up
but once you figure it all out and have a good skill you can play just about anything

I actually found it really fun.
It was more fun in the beginning, but then you start to obtain all these freakin skills and quests then everything gets all mumbo jumbled D:
Too many things to work on, but I found it fun while it lasted
If I had a better computer, I'd actually consider playing it again, but...
with my current one, I just want to bash it to bits x_x*

I used to play it. I played it only a few months after it came out up until a few months ago.
It's a b***h for it to be downloaded on your computer depending how fast your internet connection is.
Also, If you like training skills and becoming more powerful, you'll have a good time for a long time. But that's just me, my other computer crashed and I won't download it again.
People on every server are mean to rookies and noobs so, avoid begging for gold. On certains servers, if you beg continously, you'll be remembered in a bad way.
When you first start you'll be stampeded by a bunch a quests (more so than when I started). You'll get beginner quests, generation 1 quests, generation 7 quests. ETC.
The more updates the game has, the more things you'll have to do. After a while I got a little bored.
As of right now, it has to be on generation 11. People think I'm probably dead, since I'm almost always on, when I had it.
I remember the good old days when it was just four cities you could travel to, I want those days back.

I really like it.
Combat system is not like any other rpg's combat, skills are varied.
Basicly, it is kind of what life would be on a game.
Also, nice graphics, a good main story and a good sidequest system.

Mabi is awesome smile There's alchemy, magic, ranged, warrior, bard (musician), or just social; and any combination of the above.
My main is a mage/warrior/bard; it's wonderful. Plus it's a really fun social experience. If you join on the Tarlach server, then I'll add you ;D
Did I say theres a marriage and family set up? Yea; I'm married to my boyfriend, and I've been adopted by my friends xd

I downloaded it, but the sheer amount of instructions I had to read was enough to make me stop playing.
