So I finally noticed the book came out after seeing it at a store lol . Has anyone read this ? I thought about reading it but I thought to myself that it wasn't worth it.
P.S Meyer is totally copying J.K Rowling with this book. The Secret Life is donating to the Red Cross while the Beedle and the Bard went towards Rowling's own charity. :/

UUUUGHHHHH...
I did see this book... EVERYWHERE. I don't want to read it. I don't want to get involved with it in any way. I think it may just be a fanfiction of her own fanfiction-like crap.

I saw her childish little 'countdown' in her website. I think it's just a farce for her to milk more money from her fans. It only donates a measly dollar from every book to the Red Cross, meaning that Meyer and her agents and publishers are still pocketing 99% of the profits. It's the length that the rest of her books should have been though.

I've already commented on that book and any little thread of hope I'd had for this book was shot to hell the second I heard that when vampires sparkle, they fall in love with whoever they see.
...WHY? Meyer sucks at knowing when to shut up or start up on the explaining band wagon.

I actually finished it on Friday at work- its not as bad as Twilight; at least there's no whiny Bella. The main character, Bree, is not that bad- and there's a bit more action and somewhat more of a plot.
Her writing style still makes you wanna go *headdesk*, and Bree, while not an independent/strong female, is not has helpless or whiny as Bella and is not a blatant Mary Sue. The characters aren't that well developed/ three dimensional- typical Meyer there, and they still sparkle rolleyes Everything is horrible predictable, and Meyer avoids direct action as per usual, just hinting at the violence, never actually getting around to showing anything.

what the hell is with Meyer and sparkly vamps? why can't she just stick to what a vampire really is? plus i think she needs some writing classes. i haven't seen this book yet but i'm sure i will run into it soon but i'm not buying it. i'd rather buy a book that i will want to read a number of times.
