Dakota put your self in his shoes and the think how would you feel if something beyond your control out you kicked from being a captain? i vote Yes for all but Ennosuke and maybe lunar wolf i mean have you seen some of the stuff he has posted its highly helpful. And another thing have we sent notices to these guys letting them know there on the chop block?
Honestly, I couldn't care less if we gave them notices or not. When you haven't posted for monthes on end, I think it's more that acceptable to take a high ranking postion away. It's the amount of babying we give them that makes them so inactive, hell, I know for a fact I've been in this guild for almost a year and the most I've seen is three Espada active at a time. I want getting the postion to be a difficult as getting a Captain seat.
