It's like they took good Sonic 3D gameplay (day from Unleashed and... SA segments) and combined it with Super Mario Galaxy ideology to make something awesome. The videos look impressive and the hands-on impressions with the game are surprisingly positive. Sonic 4 on the other hand...

For me the Werehog Stages were alright, up until the consecutive run in Eggmanland.
But all that aside, the screenshots look pretty good. Especially the giant HAMBURGERS.

Like T said, in Eggman Land, the end run was a little tedious, and there were times where I fell off narrow platforms, but it felt rewarding to use him and beat a level, or a boss.

I don't think the werewolf parts were all that bad as much as it was just the exact opposite of what people want in a Sonic game.
It'd be like playing a Zelda game that turns out to just be Tetris.

After Sonic 06, Secret Rings, and Black Knight, the bar for Sonic games is so low that you can't even stumble on it.
As it can't possibly lower expectations anymore, I think it's safe to assume that Sonic Colours will be alright.
