Well let's see here, the most recent one I can recall happened about a few weeks ago. We were playing at our school's Variety show and I had this awesome slap solo. So as I was slapping I started to bounce around like a little bunny. Well in the process of doing so, I managed to jump right into my guitarist and caused him to fall down. Worst part was, he fell right into one of our amps, causeing it to fall. That sucked major!

When it comes to playing the bass I don't have much trouble on stage. I always have good luck. Worst thing that has happened the crappy amp I had to use with my schools Jazz Band, but luckly it was right at the end of our last song that we were playing.

i was playing in my band for school this week and since schools almost over in all, well we played more than a feeling from boston at the image awards (in case you dont know it's an award assembly for giving awards for teacherrs pet, class clown, most likely to succede, etc.). anyway it was horrable because my fender half stack wouldnt turn on! scream
we had to have our new lead singer stall the audience! anyway when we finally got the amp working we started to play, (sounded great untill the vocals entered) it was horrable everyone after the show that i talked to said "you need a better singer", or "kick Freank out of the band", and crap like that (he's the only male singer in school). everyone loved us, although people these days don't notice how important the secondary guitarist, and THE BASSIST REALLY IS!!!!!!!! people were saying to our lead guitarist, "kick out everyone but your drummer" and crap like that, i was pissed cuz i did everything right, even all the interludes, and fills! it buggs me about the sosiety we live in. stare

My worst moment? I had my foot up on a sub speaker and I headbanged into it. Broke my nose and bled everywhere but kept playing.

I like to whip my head around alot. For no real reason. I've stopped doing that since.

The worst moment the band had on stage was when our guitarist was electricuted on stage. One of the cables was shorted and frayed. During one song, he unplugs his guitar and plugs in a new one, and he grabbed the bad part of the cable. That scared the s**t out of us.

worst moment?

I was onstage, and as I was playing, every string broke right after another, just like, snapped clean off.

okay, I switched to my other bass, exact same thing happened.

to which lead me to say "okay, no bass tonight!"

Sure it wasnt rigged by someone? Thats gotta be the most amazingly worst luck ever!

The worst experiance would be a jazz combo gig I had with my upright bass. It was so pathetic because I had to listen to stupid people telling me what to do. I had gotten over a whole jazz set, and a rock band with 2 of the groups up there. I go up for the 3rd which is a jazz combo (oh and after each set, we had to tear down so that the little kids could do their little crappy dances, and karate kicks and whatnot... Drummer was pissed as hell razz ) and on the 3rd I realize that my cable was stolen! It seems that my guitarist ran home because he wasnt playing in the combo. So I delayed a bunch of time trying to get a cable from someone, when some idiots just take a micraphone, and stick it close to my bass. (first off thats just plain stupid, and without a sound post inside my upright, the sound was purely comeing from strings.) the worst part was that I had a few solos to. It was horrable!!! The sound post is fixed now, but without it you sound like whiney crap...

No, the strings were pretty ancient.
