Tigerlily looked up when she heard Jay, all anger vanashing in an instant. "Congratulations Jay! Jaguar taught me how to hunt, but I've only caught one squirrel and a mouse." She frowned a little and padded over to Jay and Spade.

Spade looked down at his orange tabby paws.
It'd be rude to say no. . . And It'd be rude to eat the mouse in front of Jay and Tigerlily. What should I do?! he panicked in his thoughts. He felt Tigerlily was mad at him for snapping at her unintentionally, and he scooted away, not wanting to be in range of her anger. The orange tabby tom nodded and meowed, "Okay, sure. Thank you, Jay! It's a pleasure," he mewed graciously, dipping his head in thanks before crouching down to eat her first mouse.
I wonder why Jay chose me to eat her first mouse ever. I mean, if it were me, I would have eaten it myself, and I would have been so pleased that I fed myself the first time. Hmm.
After eating it, he looked up and smiled at Jay.
"Thank you, Jay! That mouse was delicious," he told the she~cat kindly.

Jay nodded in satisfaction. "I'm glad you liked it, Spade," she told the tom. She dipped her head in thanks to him, tail swishing happily.

Spade nodded to Jay, purring at her happiness that rolled of her pelt. The emotion comforted him. To see other cats' joy and happiness sprung happiness in his own heart.

Buck watched the events unfold, and sighed to himself. Life, complicated. He slowly waved a good-be with a swish of his tail, and padded back to his house.

Jay's ears perked up and she spun on her heel. "I'm gonna find another!" she yowled before dashing off into the brush.

"Okay. Good luck!" he called after Jay as she ran off to find another mouse. He purred in amusement.
Such energy! the orange tabby tom stretched before padding back over to Tigerlily.
"So, is Jaguar out hunting?" he asked the she~cat. He was still worried that Tigerlily was still made, and if she was, he would flee immediately.

Tigerlily shrugged. "I don't what he does nowadays. He's all over the place." Tigerlily purred in amusement, thinking about all the things Jaguar had told her about. Falling out of a tree, teasing dogs, and annoying housefolk. He certainly made his life fun.

Spade let out a mrrow of laughter as Tigerlily replied.
"I bet his housefolk worry all dawn and sunset," he purred in some sort of amusement himself. The orange tabby kittypet stretched his back in a relaxed arc before leaning back on his haunches leisurely.

Tigerlily looked at Spade. "He left his housefolk a while ago. He lives somewhere there." She flicked her tail tords the forest. "I hope he visits soon...I miss him."

"Oh," he meowed, looking down at his orange paws.
"How 'bout we go visit Jaguar? We'll be back well before our housefolk call us in for the night. So, what do 'ya say, Tigerlily?" he asked, proposing the idea. Secretly, the orange tabby kittypet wanted to go out an explore the forest again.

Tigerlily looked at Spade and smiled brightly, claws sliding out and kneeding the ground eagerly. "Really? You'd go with me? That'd be so fun! Lets go!"

"Alright, c'mon then!" he exclaimed excitedly, jumping up to his paws to lead Tigerlily eagerly out of the neighborhood and towards the forest, his mind swimming in curiousity. What was Tigerlily's brother like? Was he nice? Shy? Rude? He wantred to know so bad!

Tigerlily all but leaped after him, walking at his side. Oh, she was going to see Jaguar again! She hadn't seen him in so long...
