I always thought Sumdacs were from India. But now I'm not sure because hindus/indians not eat or drink that comes from a cow, but Sari eats burgers and a milkshake. I'm confused.

liberal Hindu is looser with the restriction of the religion.
a liberal Jew might not worry if the meal is kosher for example
