Matsuya had drifted off into thought again until he saw the attendent's eyes and Rios' finger both aiming at him. "Oh, um..my bad." Matsuya reached into his robe and withdrew the scroll. "We'll be paying on the Mizukage's credit." He handed her the scroll and took a fes steps back.
The clerk nodded and opened the scroll to check its authenticity. "Alright. That's all done then. You can go meet the guys who'll be carrying the stuff out back." She jotted down their price and who the bill would be sent to on a piece of paper, handing the scroll back to Matsuya after she'd finished.
Matsuya nodded in thanks and took the scroll. "Thank you." He turned to Rios. His face no longer looked as though he was lost in his thoughts. It was more focued now. He knew they'd be working soon. "Well let's go do this, Rios." Matsuya walked outside and towards the back. He could hear the sounds of men loading materials. He stopped a few yards away and waited for them to finish. A minute or two later, they had all the supplies loaded and had a few men bearing the load of the cart. They nodded to Matsuya. He nodded in return and turned to lead the way. A small smile broke his face. To think, people could speak in simple motions, just as he could. That made him feel normal for once. That smile stayed on his face the whole way.

Closing his eyes, he followed Nero's chakra signature several yards away, stopping for a short while. His chakra then went on the move again, followed by several others as they headed towards the gates. "And then I have to deal with the most pompous and snobby genin who makes me just want to burn him alive!" Axel continued complaining as he opened his eyes once more. He had been frustrated for several days now, from numerous things to the point where he was about to explode. "Seriously, I don't have the patience to deal with it. Zane you killed one of your students just because they didn't knock on your door! You understand how I feel don't you?"

"Nothing is true...everything is permitted." "Niente è. .everything allineare è consentito." || Zane Hajime || Retired Shinobi || XXXXXXZane finished talking with the clerk as he went to the back to grab something. He then turned to Axel just in time to hear him complain even further, an act that was starting to annoy Zane. "He is still your leader, and you as a ninja have to obey his every order. If I recall, you used to be the same pompous and egotistical fool that you are describing now. If it is really that much of an issue, send the boy to the dojo..." Zane told him, knowing that if its too much for Axel to handle, then he himself will handle the boy's training. Even though he's retired, he won't let the future protectors of Kirigakure be raised to be incompetent fools. The clerk returned with the package Zane needed, and thus took after placing a rather large bag of money upon the desk. "No change necessary my friend," he told him as he took the parcel with him and held tightly to it with his right hand. "Anyways, I have to be returning home...and from the looks of it, you need to return to your duties Axel. I'll see you at home," Zane said to him as he headed East from the marketplace, leaving Axel alone to wander with his own thoughts.||I am the ghost of the mist. || "My village, my shinobi, all those are important. [Deil Grist Wind Clone] Deil's clone wandered the market place looking for the girl that looked like a shinobi, but that had walked right past his office. It took him quite some time as he checked the different kiosks and stores, only to see in the corner of his eye that he was somewhat out toward the middle of the crowd and scattered kiosks. It walked over to her and tapped her on the shoulder. "Excuse me, but my name is Deil. I noticed that you walked by my office, and I was wondering if you could do a mission for me? I'm the Mizukage, you see, and I'm trying to get the ninja of the village to help rebuild and repair the damaged buildings here in the village."

Tsukiko Airi | Kirigakure | Wangetsu Lunar Clan | Medic | Agile | Intelligent | Sexy | Genin | Tsukiko could only help but feel incredulous. Some shrimp just snubbed her. Completely ignored her. She wasn't angry though. Or, if she was, she repressed it so she didn't feel angry. Just calm and cool. That surely happened for a reason, whatever it was. It'll come back in a good way. Like maybe, one day, he'll be weak and alone, and need my help, and I'll slit his throat from ear to ear. Tsukiko didn't smile from this. That was a disturbing thought. However, she was not disturbed by it more than she was made angry by the boy. Niether event was important in the grand scheme of things, and shouldn't be worried about. Somewhat ironically, she now felt her should being tapped. She, however, unlike that other one, would do the polite and logical thing and turn around. She turned to find who was apparently her Mizukage. Well. Kage. He was given that title, and thus he should be called that. However, after coming from the Leaf and before that Suna, he is as affiliated with the Mist as in a kunai that flies from an enemy shinobi into the stomach of a Mizugakure ninja. A part of the ninja, no argument, but right now it is only a pain and has yet to be turned against the enemy. Well, I don't hate the man, but he isn't exactly proven tried and true to be loyal to this village. And he definitely isn't the same as our Sannin. She did her best not to let these thoughts show; not that it truly mattered. He probably assumed distaste as a general opinion and saw it on everyone. All the same, he was a kage. Despite his allegiances, he had to be strong. Could probably kill Tsukiko without trying. So he deserved respect. Though he didn't do much to command it...which was probably good. Most people would be offended by it. Not everyone had the same respect for power that Tsukiko did. "Yes, Diel-Kage," She said, "what would you request of me?" She lowered her eyes to convey her admittance that she was no contest to him. “There's no certainty - only opportunity.”{better, I hope?}

{OOC: Yep, much more believable ^v^} Deil Grist Clone Deil's clone didn't pick up on the subtle facial changes that indicated her distrust toward him, or rather the person it represented, but it did see Tsukiko lower her eyes. It assumed it was just an insecurity thing she had. "I need you to find someone, anyone, who can help you and head over to the Hospital to see what kind of jobs you can help them with. This will count as a D-rank mission upon completion. If you have to buy materials, tell them I'm paying on behalf of the government." The clone needed to move on to the next area to see if it could find anyone else to help with the reconstruction, since he needed to know the village was presentable before opening it to the other villages, but waited patiently with its arms behind its back for a response from Tsukiko. "Oh, and give me your name so I know who to give mission credit to." It looked around the area and saw that a few people were giving him accusatory looks. It occurred to the clone that perhaps the villagers out of earshot thought he was already scolding a genin, which he had to a different one, but that wasn't the case in this instance. Che. Well, hopefully we won't have to deal with that much longer, it thought and released a sigh.

Tsukiko Airi | Kirigakure | Wangetsu Lunar Clan | Medic | Agile | Intelligent | Sexy | Genin | The hospital. What a great opportunity. Being a medical kunoichi, I've been meaning to get over there for awhile now.. With any luck she could find a good doctor to teach her some tricks. Tsukiko didn't know if he knew this and planned it as such, or if it was dumb luck, but she felt her spirit lifting a bit at her good fortune. Still keeping her eyes on the ground, "Yes, sir. I will help as much as I can. And..." she paused, considering whether or not he had acted purposefully or not. "Thank you for the hospital assignment. I had been planning on going there for quite some time. And my name is Tsukiko Airi. Diel-Kage, sir." And don't you forget it. I'll become Sannin one day. Or as strong as one. So don't you forget my name, cuz it'll be infamous one day.{I hate to OOC again..but should I find another shinobi or can I just RP finding someone to help? And how many posts we need before the village is back up to snuff?} “There's no certainty - only opportunity.”

"Thank you Tsukiko-san. I`m glad this worked out for both of us. Well, I need to get some stuff done. If you have trouble finding people, come to my office and I`ll help you." And with that, the clone left toward the gates.
[sorry for the short post, but I had to do it from my phone ad wanted to get you on your way.]

Tsukiko Airi | Kirigakure | Wangetsu Lunar Clan | Medic | Agile | Intelligent | Sexy | Genin |Tsukiko waited an appropriate amount of time before lifting her eyes. Given the hustle-bustle of the marketplace there was no way to tell when he had gone or not, but she decided on a set time and figured he would be out of view by then. So, should I buy materials first, or find someone? No, no, that's a stupid question. Of course find someone. I don't know what supplies I'll need and even if I did having a second person would make it an easier burden. she paused. Dumba**. Tsukiko immediately began to head back to the Kage's tower (she still didn't think he deserved the title of Mizukage yet), where she had just come from. It was bothersome, and rather boring taking the same route, but it made more sense. More genin that were looking for help, such as she was, would be at the office looking for the Kage. She stretched her muscles as she walked. ugh, I'm getting stiff in the bones. I'll need to train soon if I don't wanna lose my edge. {exit to Tower} “There's no certainty - only opportunity.”
