Guys I finally graduated today (05/29/2010) from high school with honors, I was so excited and the ceremony was really nice. I'm so happy to finally be going of to college, but nostalgia is getting the best of me.
Discuss: Graduation; How was your graduation? How did You feel? How did you feel afterward? If you haven't had a graduation, are you excited?

Congratulations on your achievement(s)! ^^
*Reminiscing* Aye, t'was a dark, stormy night... me ship had-- *coughs* 'scuse me. My graduation ceremony was long and boring ( it was a large class ), and I really wanted to go to the bathroom but I wasn't allowed to go; teachers were giving me 'The look'. =/ The grad attire was kinda uncomfortable, and the hat thing was too big...
Er... that's all I remember about it. I never was much for all the formalities. ^^;; The best part was the grad party, of course. wink
Jokes aside, the feeling of relief and euphoria after the ceremony was over was almost palpable; hats flew everywhere, the jazz band played a cheery tune, and... I was finally allowed to go to the bathroom. =U

Congratulations on graduating. I take the walk across the stage next year, I'm quite excited actually. As we speak, I'm working on making my senior shirt.

I graduated yesterday. It was rather long and boring. I messed up on my walk D: But I guess it didn't matter too much because everyone messed up theirs too once the awards were given out. I got high honors ^^ It's still a pretty good feeling, considering I was only expecting honors. I didn't think I'd get high honors at all.
The set-up we did for it was pretty stupid though; one in the morning in front of the school and another at night time with our parents. We didn't need the one in front of the school much.

My ceremony was nice, all except that it was extremely hot. Practice was horrible though.

I graduate on Wednesday. Aside from the fact it's a bad day of the week to graduate, I'm excited to get it over with. I'm at the end of the alphabet in a class of 353, so it's gonna be long and boring. x.x

Congratz! 8D
I graduated back on Jan. 25th 2010. [Early graduation]. I could participate in the graduation ceremony coming up next week but I'm not. Didn't get a chance to buy the cap and gown. All the announcements for it were in Feb with the start of the new semester and they didn't tell me about it until orders needed to be in. That and there's like 400 people in my class. I can't sit still that long. @_@

Congratulations! Always good to see that someone pushed themselves enough to graduate with honors!
I graduated high school in 2002 (now I feel old... gonk ) and it... Well, I guess I wasn't really sad. I wasn't excited to start my new life, either, but that's because I got no rest and went right into college without taking a year off or anything. I think, mostly, it was that I was going to miss high school itself. All the fun I had (but not necessarily the friends I made, because we keep in touch). Just the whole high school experience was a great one for me, and I miss it. Even moreso than college.
