Morpheus floated over to Roland's body. It was lying in a slump, blood oozing from various places. If Morpheus could cry, he'd have covered the floor in his tears. He let out a low wail, sadness reverberating from it. The Ominous Wind that came from him was more powerful than any he had launched before, hitting Nico hard as he unleashed his flurry of attacks. Still intangible and wailing, he advanced on Nico. He was, for once, not calm. He loosed another Ominous Wind.

Solaris---Selena---Spira---Alfred [Transformed]---Jasper
Solaris frowned, licking his back leg where the claw was still embedded just above his knee joint.
His sister was pacing in front of him and finally decided that Blade could babysit and she was going to get in on some action!
The Umbreon lunged forward with a Night Slash, Spira followed her close and added another Aura Sphere to the assault.
Still standing protectively over the black Raichu's fallen body, Jasper let loose one last Thunder attack and then snapped his head away from the battle, refusing to participate any longer.
The Arcanine lunged forward with a Fire Fang, fire licking at his jaws and blood coating the floor where he walked.
He'd never felt so angry before in his life. So enraged. Even being blinded for possibly the rest of his life did nothing to pull him from his fury.
   
Xavier---Jazz---Sleet---Rayne
Xavier hit the ground, a stray tentacle knocking him senseless, Rayne ducked behind Siggy for cover now that her 'uncle' was out of commision. The Pikachu wasnt crying, just starring wide eyed around the room.
"S-Sig..." The Raichu squeaked out, eyes flickering open and closed.
Sleet whimpered, stumbling back from all the blood and carnage and turned to flee the room ,colliding with the Houndoom from before and knocking him over.

The second the Weavile took off, Alfred vanished in a teleport, still in Arcanine form, with Ocelot in tow as well.
Jasper wasnt far behind in leaving either, with Storm's limp form thrown across his back he quickly headed out the door.
The Espeon stood, eyes widening in alarm as Nico ran out of the guild on fire for the second time in the past month.
A year ago this would have bothered him, but now he was use to it.
Solaris sighed, laying down and nodding off on the floor, possibly from a mix of exhaustion and pain.
Seeing that Solaris wasnt going to be doing anything else tonight, Selena stepped forward and did the rewards herself.
"...yeah, nice try you little ********. He got away! Good job sucking at life!"
...erm, she probably wasnt the best at motivational speeches.

Roland awoke, Morpheus floating next to him. He stood, barely.
"Rest...." Morpheus said softly to his friend.
Roland sighed "No, Morpheus. I need to get to the hospital, and I need to do it on my...feet." he said, wincing from pain.
The two friends left together, ignoring everything else around them, except their rewards, of course.
