I feel that the eternal mangekyo shouldn't have THAT high of a point cost. I feel that 3 points per post should be sufficient.
Also recall that Itachi wa said to have mastered his Sharingan so much that it was almost no cost at all for him to keep his eyes activated at all times.
Anyone who is an Ability Control user should have a point reduction. Same for chakra control users. (Something like -2 for ability, -1 for chakra control)

Cobra provides a very good point. I agree with him. But Ability Control shouldn't apply to Implants.

I agree with what cobra says as far as the chakra cost reduction, keeping in mind that bonuses do not stack, you would take the greatest bonus, with a minimum of -1 point per post.
Also I believe the the byakugan should only be one chakra point cost, I mean hyuuga clan members are supposed to have excellent chakra control, so why would it cost more to keep the byakugan activated than a sharingan, especially when they are relatively equal in terms of strength.
And of course implants should cost double.
