Luther Olathes Shuckle has the best Defences in the game, but he doesn't have the HP, Atk, SpAtk, or Speed to be useful for anything else. All one can really do is stall. To be honest, your shuckle is rather weak in comparison. About the only one that could be good is Def. Unless you have a Defence boosting nature, then that's nothing impressive either. There is no need to have Safegaurd with Rest, so replace it. Bide isn't very good either. I suggest going with Swagger or Stealth Rock, and Gyro Ball. With its speed making it the slowest pokemon in the game, Gyro Ball will be very powerful against fast opponents. So: Rest Toxic Swagger / Stealth Rock Gyro Ball Gyro ball isn't a good attack for shuckle because it's based on the Pokemon's weight, Shuckle isn't too heavy. I would reccomend using Gyro Ball with Pokemon like Metagross or Bronzong.

The slower you are than your opponent, the stronger Gyro Ball is.

The slower you are than your opponent, the stronger Gyro Ball is. You fiend! You stole Cormini's line! But anyways, Gyro Ball is based on Speed, not weight.

shadow gallade 7676 ok first i wanna start of by telling you that this pokemon is legit so dont ask....i was raseing a shuckle i got from the pokemon dude (who says silver stole hes other pokemon) and when i checked it stats its lvl 20..with 100+ defence... so i race it to lvl 100 here is its stats now nat: relaxed and likes to run hp: 190 att:45 def:555 sp att:45 sp def:510 speed:54 are these stats rare i dont know but i do wanna know is what would be a good move set for this shuckle razz move set right now: rest, bide, toxic, safeguard item: leftovers LOL I have a Shcukle that's nearly identical to that! It has 70 atk and sp.atk though. Shuckle has obviously Uber defenses, but lacks in everything else, so I don't know what to consider it as.

It was very good until I fought a snorlax with immunity and then I stalled until my opponent DC'ed out of boardom

This is great! I was just planning a TrickRoom team, and threw out shuckle as a thought to be on it! lol
it has Toxic, Substitute, Power Trick, and Earthquake!
idk if that was good, i came up with it a year or so ago?
TrickRoom is supose to be set up when it comes out, then I would go with Toxic, then the Sub, Power Trick and Earthquake for the kill!?
sadly Shuckle doesnt have enough HP to keep the Sub up at all!
