in the bible God never says thaat you have to be christain. he does not give faith a name. we gave it one ourselfs but saying your christain is not enough at all. maybe that not the right church for you. but we are children of God no matter how you say it. you have to have a personal relationship with God to really know the meaning of not christain but being a child of God.
Have you ever considered because Christianity wasn't called Christianity until well after the writers of the Bible died?
During Paul and Peter's days it was called the New Way. "Christian" meaning little Christ was used as an insult to the New Way
Also please.... to be a Christian is to be a follower of the God of the Bible
Jesus said "I am the way the truth and the Light. NO ONE comes to the father but by me." In John 14:6
Since Christianity is named after Jesus CHRIST I'm pretty sure that says exactly what you just said the Bible didn't say
