Definitely Yeti. And I hope they don't do any more special effects than they ever had, because those things were freaking awesome. Or they could bring back the Robots of Death. They were pretty cool, with the metal eighties hair and the glowy red eyes.

Uhhh, the spoiler text isn't working. I can't read what it says. Also I think the Sontarans are the most likely, despite never having seen any of their episodes myself.

I love the Sontarans! Since finding them in a comic strip, I decided they really are very cool. I'd love to see them return...

Nah I don't think the Master should return. Maybe someone similar to the master could arise, but I think the master is well and truely finished. I don't mind the occasional odd aliens and such, but it's good to have new ones in there too.

I wouldn't mind the Master returning if he was done well, so long as he wasn't overused or as overly dramatic as he has been in the past. I think because the new series is set in the same universe as the classic series and is a continuation of it, it should feature classic villains simply to preserve continuity. I don't mind newer villains so long as they're done well and aren't horrendous like the Slytheen (They could have totally modified the Slytheen two parter to feature the Zygons or any other shape-shifting alien from the shows past and had it actually be GOOD).
The vilian I would most like to see return though would be the Ice Warriors as we haven't seen them on screen since The Monster of Peladon.
