Ugh. This is one of my pet peeves.
It seems no matter what anyone says... There will always be those people who STILL believe in this stereotype.

Rape is not about outer beauty. ANYONE can be raped, whether they be "hot" or butt-ugly.
Rape is about POWER and CONTROL.

I don't know what to tell you... I guess if you don't want to tell, and you're not willing to step out of the box. Then I guess you'll just live with the feelings of guilt and such. You should be grateful though, you were never actually raped, despite the closeness to it. A lot of girls who are raped are sometimes impregnated and even killed. There are people out there who have suffered MUCH worse.
And if that's really you in your sigpic. You're already, and obviously a hell of a lot prettier than me, and most other average girls. Seek therapy. It's all I can say.
I think we all understand it's hard. WE ALL DO.
But it's really one of the only ways for you to get help.
If you want it, that is.

You can at least make an attempt to speak out.
A friend of mine suggested the book "Speak".
It's about a girl who was raped at a friend's party... and it shows what happens to her mentally as the year goes on. She finds herself getting worse and worse as she keeps quiet.

I'd suggest reading it.
Another thing; at least try. If you know you can't do it, at least make an attempt.
It makes you sound guilty if you speak about the story and talk about how much you need help, yet you won't even attempt to help yourself.

There are also very many posts here and all across the internet about how to heal from Rape and Abuse.
