It's because I need you to post in the Guild at least once a day for ten days to see if you'll be an active crew member. =P
I'm more active on the weekends at night ((night in Montreal least)) and I can drop by for awhile on weekday at least for an hour or two a day.
Okay cool.
So the first step is to pm me for an interview. :]
Then after that you post at least once a day for ten days.
After that you'll officially be a member of the crew. =]
