Try Jo H2O Lube. The best I've used so far. It's water based and doesn't get sticky or tacky when it dries.

unlike this other kind i have that is water based. stuff feels so horrible when it does dry out. its like somebody made silly putty sticky... -shudder-

The best lube would be to make her come. Repeatedly. if she's a little dehydrated it might not be as juicy so water breaks can be a plus. Try oral to the cl*t while manual to the frontal wall and g-spot area simultaneously. Gets most women lubed.
If you use artificial apply sparingly because it can get too frothy, sticky or goopy depending on your brand and use.
Oils can be good but not if you are not both tested and 100% monogamous. oils+condoms=stupid
