Too many zombie movies now, giving kitties zombie dream. Weird my dreams are totally different like really different. This one dream had Spiderman hanging upside down beside me while Batman was on a stage singing Krptonite by 3doors down to me and then Superman flew above us. I shouldn't have left the radio on that night.

King, I hate you. You managed to slip one of those dreams into my sleep pattern. *glares at you*
On a side note, I haven't been sleeping well. I'm restless, and I wake up very sore in my neck, back, legs, and arms. Then all that pain gives me a headache on top of it. I have not been dreaming, which is unusual for me. Advice or suggestions?

AHAHA....but King please don't dig further into her dream lol. If you're waking up in pain and not having dreams you are probably tossing and turning or you are largely proportioned on a certain aspect of you chest like I am and can't sleep properly no matter the position. Maybe for a little while the first thing you do in the morning is stretch it out picturing all the pain seeping out of your body and into the earth as you do it, it's not a full grounding but it might be the little kick you need. Maybe with time it will go away but if you're still having these issues after a month I'd recommend seeing a doctor.
