In this RP the year is After Colony (AC) 210. Set about 14 years after the final events of Gundam Wing Endless Waltz. You don't have to keep your mobile suit constrained to the exact technology, but it must be powered by supercompact fusion reactors. Beam weapons and projectile weapons are both allowed, as well as beam sabers and heat rods.


Rules
1. The name MUST be original, no copying from any Gundam shows!
2. Your character cannot be a Newtype or Innovator, they didn't exist in the AC era.
3. Your mobile suit cannot be all powerful, it MUST have some weakness. Mobile suits Must also be constrained to systems that are reasonable, so nothing like an ultimate system that can copy others, however, if an enemy is defeated, if the weapons are compatible, you may switch out weapons. Different Armor sets are acceptable.
4. You don't have to have a Gundam, you can have any model you want, even a variant of the RX-78 (original) Gundam. Or even something like a Zaku.
5. Be original! You can take existing mobile suits and modify them as you wish, but make sure it isn't anything over the top like a 900 foot long sword, thats just ridiculous.
6. When you character is created, give a good description of how he/she looks, including skin color, eye color, nationality, clothes he/she wears, etc.
7. Have fun with it all!
8. We need something other than Gundams in order to have battles, so, pilots can have Gundams, but I want some ideas for other suit designs, to make it more interesting.
9. When you post, be literate! Write it as if you were writing a book!
10. Any out of character chat is to be in double parenthesis, as such ((...))
11. If you make a reference, make sure that it is a Gundam reference, or at least a common one.
As much as you may want, no posting "I love ____!" or anything like that.
12. Romance is allowed, but nothing over kissing ok guys?
13. Keep any cursing mild, if it is bad, star it out, after all, there may be children following the story!
14. If your character changes along the path of the storyline, thats fine, just keep it reasonable.
15. Gory images are a no! Slight blood is acceptable. If it is gory, keep it in text.

Description: About 5 foot 3, Japanese, with long black hair covering half his face. His eyes are brown, and his skin is light in color. He wears black pants, usually preferring a plain t-shirt. He has a scar on the left side of his face, received from a boyhood accident. He is usually quiet at first, but warms up to people once he gets to know them.


Nationality: Japanese

Details about their past: He saw the Gundams in their fight against Mariemaia Khushrenada when she tried to take over the Earthsphere when he was 6, and was inspired to one day fight if ever needed to. He has been trained as a soldier since he was 7, and shows no mercy on the battlefield, although when at rest he is extremely laid back.

Mecha Details: The suit is a close combat specialty type. It is equipped with a large sword that can fold back to reveal a small beam gun, as well as act as a shield. It has a larger shield, which has 10 'weapon bits' to send out to swarm around his target, hence the name Arashi. The suit is agile, thanks in part to being lightly armored, and small in stature. It also has Kamon's favorite weapon, the Twin Buster Rifle. It is called Gundam Arashi.

Description: Adrian is about 5'9”, with medium length dark hair, he is well built and muscular from his long record of military service. He is typically seen in uniform, although is equally comfortable out of it. His face is angular with high cheekbones as a nod to his partial dutch heritage.

Nationality: South African

Details about their past: Adrian's father was a highly decorated OZ mobile suit pilot that was killed in a desert engagement with the Maguanac Corp. As he grew up he carried with him a lingering bitterness towards the colonies and the Gundam pilots, seeing as them as opponents to order and peace, loose cannons that used their vast power to fuel their own agendas. As Adrian grew older he joined the armed forces, becoming a decorated and much respected officer. He aligned himself with the BDU, he believes their war to unite the colonies and earth under one government will be the last and final war.

Mecha Details: Adrian's suit is known as the Uziel, it is one of several of BDU's prototype mobile suits, designed for a combination of both intimidation as well as combat efficiency. The design is based off of a revamped Gouf chassis, creating a robust, durable mobile suit. The principle changes to the design are located on the left side where the traditional arm is replaced with a massive three bladed claw designed to rip and slice through armor with impunity. The left shoulder and upper arm sport a much heavier, shield like armor that houses an energy shield based off of that of the Mercurius' planet defensors system. The right side of the suit appears largely unaltered from the exterior, although the armor is more angular than it's predecessors. Underneath the armor though is what sets the suit apart. The traditional hydraulics and servos that power most mobile suits have been replaced with bundles of fibers that contract, mimicking the way muscles move. This system although expensive to reproduce and repair allows the Uziel to take far more punishment than a comparably armored mobile suit, as the majority of the fibers must be severed before a limb loses combat efficiency. Apart from it's claw the Uziel is relatively lightly armed, designed to operate alone for extended periods of time, it sports a pair of hip mounted beam sabers as well as a compact beam rifle designed for single hand use.
