My first paycheck ever at any job, I used to buy an mp3 player. Then I broke it :c
The job I'm in now has funded my computer rebuild, and will sooner or later also buy me an xbox (Probably like, next week since I'm working full time now.)
I like electronics <3

sweatdrop I have a small Kindle addiction after discovering that my iPod Touch had an app for that. Actually...Amazon in general seems to where my money is funnelled.
I think my first paycheck went towards affording my own laptop computer, back during my junior year of high school.

I'm getting completely out of touch with current music! And I think I'll get seriously sick of my playlist if I don't mix it up with something different. Kindle hasn't really taken off here, and when the ipad is released we won't have access to that online bookstore thing, so I haven't even seen what they look like. I just can't imagine it being... satisfying.

I just can't imagine it being... satisfying. It's been alright, though for me it's been mostly being able to have 12 books on my person at one time without breaking my back. My main problem is the fact that there's no good PDF reader. Oh so many of my books are in PDF format and things get screwed up when I export them through Stanza so I can read them on another ebook reader on my iPod. Although to be completely honest, it has gotten me to read more than I have been in the past few years. sweatdrop

I bought an external hard drive with my first non-scholarship paycheck. Good stuff.

I need to buy a new one too =o I have a DSi filled with all my music and it works great for me, but if I'm going to be weedwhacking all summer again, I need something that can fit in my pocket ;P
