I wish I'd seen this yesterday, I'd have just copy+pasted our dress code from the employee manual to give you an example. But It specifically says no leggings worn as pants. Women's slacks would probably be better. Try to shy away from anything body hugging.
It also says no club attire, no tanktops, halter tops. The shoes are fine. Just remember, in style/fashionable isn't always business appropriate.

They look like black skinny jeans to me.
Which aren't business appropriate anyway (jeans are a no no in every formal thing pretty much).
