TRAINERS READ: If you start training someone, move there name from "waiting" list to "being trained" list, and mark the name with your name too ( example - RandomName ~ Ichirou Hibiki ) once you pick a person, pm them and let them know where to post.

If you are a civil trainer, get one of the crew trainers to change this post for you.
