Spidey will probably be in.
And more X-men than just Wolverine. Possibly Storm, Jean Grey, Rogue, Gambit, or (-gag-) Cyclops.
As for Capcom... Phoenix Wright, mayhaps? biggrin
Or Mia Fey. She could beat the s**t out of everyone with her massive breasts.
Wishful thinking aside, I could see Viewtiful Joe being thrown in there. Probably another Resident Evil character or two as well. Maybe Dante from Devil May Cry, or an Onimusha character.

@Smile: Spidey was in the 1st and 2nd one, he'll be returning, probably other chars who were in both will be returning, including Megaman (SpamMan).
Hopefully the game will be more balanced though.
